Boundaries and Triggers Workshop
The intention of this workshop is to bring AWARENESS to yourself.
Our triggers are our biggest gifts because they show us what needs to be healed within and where our boundaries have been crossed.
By knowing and accepting our own triggers we can have more compassion when we recognize others in their triggered states. Ultimately creating more peace and harmony in our lives.

7-Week Guided Chakra Meditation Series
Our bodies store energy, emotion, thoughts, it is our job to maintain a 'clean space' within ourselves so energy can flow.
Each week we will meet on zoom for 1- 1.5 hours starting off each class with the breath and knowledge of the Chakra (sanskrit for energy center) followed by a guided meditation through the designated Chakra.
This can be bought as a bundle for the 7 weeks OR you can do drop-in style for just the Chakras you feel need some attention
