Part One: Connection, Play & Creative Expression In collaboration with intuitive paint medium Dayna Dekroon, this evening invites you to reconnect with your inner child through guided meditation, play, and intuitive art. We’ll begin by exploring the importance of play, imagination, and creative flow as pathways to healing and wholeness. Courtney will lead a guided meditation to help you meet and connect with your inner child, opening space for joy and curiosity. Following this, Dayna will guide you through an intuitive watercolor painting experience. With gentle insights on color theory and technique, you’ll be encouraged to let your intuition lead—allowing color, brush, and movement to express your inner child’s energy and messages. All supplies are included, and you’ll leave with your own unique painting and a renewed sense of lightness and connection. Part Two: Shadow Work, Boundaries & Reparenting In this deeper session, we turn toward the tender parts of the inner child—the aspects longing to be seen, heard, and nurtured. Through reflective discussion, guided practices, and energetic healing, we’ll explore triggers, boundaries, and the art of reparenting yourself with compassion. This workshop supports you in building a deeper relationship with yourself, learning to meet your emotional needs, and finding your authentic voice. Join for one or both sessions to experience the full journey— from playful connection to profound healing, from colour to clarity, from childhood patterns to empowered presence.
