This deeply personalized healing session is designed to help you reconnect with your own inner knowing while releasing energetic patterns and emotional blocks that no longer serve you. We begin with a 1-hour consultation where we gently explore your current challenges, identify limiting programs, and bring awareness to unconscious patterns. Through intuitive dialogue, we locate the root causes of imbalance and open the door to clarity and insight. Following the consultation, we move into the energy healing portion of the session. Drawing on five years of dedicated practice and training, I create a unique, integrative experience using Reiki, alchemical healing, chakra balancing, guided meditation, sound healing, and more—blended intuitively based on what you need in the moment. Each session is as unique as you are. What makes this offering different is the collaborative approach: you are not a passive receiver.
